The plan consists mainly of "four kinds of sea urchin pasta" with four different flavors of orange, green, red, and black, allowing you to experience the various charms of sea urchin in the entire course. In addition to standard bar menu items such as carpaccio and ajillo, meat dishes using Hokkaido brand pork "Hidaka Shigen Kamui Ton" will also be offered. This course combines the satisfaction of sea urchin with the satisfaction of a solid meal.
