The specialty "Negi-shabu" is made with "Imo-pork," which is characterized by the sweetness of its high-quality fat, and is served in a special broth that Soba-ya prides itself on. The shabu shabu with plenty of green onions has a simple yet profound flavor, making it ideal for entertaining guests and for dinner parties. The course includes "three kinds of Soba-mae (buckwheat noodle)," which is indispensable for drinking, "Jyuwari Soba (buckwheat noodles) for the end of the course," which allows you to enjoy all the deliciousness of the hot pot, and "sweet" to refresh you after the meal, all of which can be enjoyed only at a Soba restaurant.
