Inside the beautifully puffed, crispy puff pastry is a smooth cream puff that has undergone a painstaking process of whipping fresh cream, removing the air once after whipping, and then combining it with custard cream. We take pride in the ingredients and manufacturing process of our very popular cream puffs.
This popular product is made with carefully selected ingredients, such as pasteurized milk that brings out the sweetness of the custard and wasanbon, a secret ingredient added to the custard, to give it a luxurious taste. The pudding has been given a gentler taste by increasing the ratio of wasanbon, and the bitterness and richness of the caramel have been further enhanced, so that customers can enjoy the harmony of gentle sweetness and bitterness. The most important thing to remember is to serve the pudding on a plate, not in a cup. Please try it out for the best taste by far.
