"Toyoka" is a limited distribution product from Toshimaya located in Okaya City, Nagano Prefecture. It is known for brands associated with Suwa Taisha, a power spot by Lake Suwa, such as "Miwatari" and "Onbashira." True to its name, it is brewed with the concept of a rich aroma, deep flavor derived from rice, and a crisp sake quality.
Made from locally sourced sake-brewing rice polished to 55%, this ginjo sake is carefully brewed at low temperatures, enhancing the umami of the ingredients while maintaining the distinct acidity characteristic of Suigei. The aroma is subtle yet complex, resulting in a crisp, dry junmai sake. Its bold flavor and refreshing aftertaste pair particularly well with Japanese cuisine.
The sake brewed with Akita Sake Komachi has a refreshing and clean taste without any off-flavors. The motto is to let the yeast do its work without stirring, not filtering it, and to bottle the pressed sake without adding water, which is a three-no brewing method. It has a moderate acidity, richness, and umami, with a smooth texture, making it a natural-style Yamahai. It can be enjoyed at room temperature or warmed, and pairs well with a variety of Japanese cuisine.
This sake is made using the brewing water from 'Mori no Mori no Seimizu', selected as one of Japan's top 100 famous waters, with a rice polishing ratio of 55% similar to Junmai Ginjo sake, and is carefully crafted through long-term low-temperature fermentation. It has a soft drinking experience and a smooth mouthfeel. You will find yourself wanting another glass, and then another. It is also recommended for beginners of sake.
Unfiltered, bottle-aged, and low-temperature matured, the sixth-generation master brewer, Takehiro Ishihara, conducts thorough sake production. 'Super Oru Junmai' has a strong umami and a good sharpness. It pairs well with any dish, but it has a flavor that stands up even against robust meat dishes. It brews five types of sake, including nakadori, namazume, and others.

It is a high cost-performance Chardonnay produced by the excellent producer Joseph Roche from Burgundy, France, in southern France.
This wine is aged for 10 months in oak barrels. It features a rich flavor and a heavy, robust body. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, produced in France.
A sweet potato shochu brewed only with high-quality sweet potatoes 'Beni Azuma' from Nagasaki Prefecture and domestic rice koji. It retains the unique aroma of sweet potato shochu and is a sweet and easy-to-drink shochu. Both the mouthfeel and throat sensation are very soft, producing an indescribable sweetness. The ingredient is the purple sweet potato 'Murasakimasari', which inherits the DNA of the Satsuma sweet potato 'Ogon Senkan', said to be ideal for sweet potato shochu.
