A masterpiece from the Miyazaki main brewery in Mie. Made with the legendary sake rice 'Aiyama'. It has a sweet aroma and a juicy flavor that spreads in the mouth, which is exquisite.

Using Mie Prefecture's sake brewing suitable rice 'Kami no Ho'. It has a firm acidity and is a food-friendly sake that concentrates the umami of the rice.

The elegant aroma is subtle, evoking a refreshing impression reminiscent of fruits like apple and Japanese chestnut.

15 months of aging. A bright pale yellow with fresh and lively aromas. It has a vibrant effervescence and a moderate fruitiness.

Dry. Aged for over 29 months. Bright yellow color, fruity aroma. Fine bubbles that last long, with a rich flavor.
