Chef Hirotomo Sunada is from Hyogo Prefecture, and after gaining years of experience in Spain, he became independent in 2015 and opened 'Eñe'. He is fascinated by Spanish cuisine and is developing his unique style.

Chef Hirotomo Sunada is known for his innovative approach while valuing the roots of cuisine. Through seven years of training in Spain, he has developed solid skills and rich experience. After returning to Japan, he pursued a cooking method that harmonizes Japanese ingredients with the essence of Spanish cuisine when establishing his own restaurant.
