This restaurant, famous for its sukiyaki, has a calm atmosphere that feels comfortable, reminiscent of a long-established establishment. The staff prepares the meat first using a Kansai-style method, and the sweetness can be adjusted to your liking at the table. The meat is tender and flavorful, and when dipped in local eggs, it becomes even richer. The broth is light and elegant, blending well with the vegetables and offering a rich aroma. You can also order additional udon noodles, shiitake mushrooms, and chrysanthemum leaves for a satisfying experience. There are private tatami rooms and table seating available, and the pleasant service makes it easy to enjoy a drink.

In a quiet and calm atmosphere, you can relax stylishly. I had sukiyaki, and the sweetness of the sauce was just right, allowing me to appreciate the best of both Kansai and Kanto styles. The meat was very tender, and with each bite, the sweetness and umami spread, bringing happiness. The vegetables and wheat gluten blended well with the sauce, and the texture was enjoyable. The staff skillfully prepared the dish right in front of me, allowing me to enjoy it with peace of mind. There are both tatami and table seating options, and the attentive service makes for a pleasant experience.
