At the new restaurant, the cypress counter is comfortable, and from the moment you sit down, your expectations rise. In a quiet atmosphere, you can see the careful craftsmanship up close, which adds a special feeling. From the first dish, you can sense the creativity, and the seasonal flavors can be enjoyed one after another. The rich umami of the snow crab and the flounder topped with liver were memorable tastes. The nigiri of squid, kohada, engawa, herring, and whelk each convey their distinct personalities. In addition to sake, wine is also available, and the flexibility to accommodate if there is space at the table leaves a good impression.
