The charcoal-grilled anchovy cabbage has a great texture and its savory flavor is addictive. The hamburger made from a blend of pork and beef from Gunma has a strong meaty flavor, and it pairs perfectly with the moderately acidic sauce. The fried chicken, grilled vegetables with bagna cauda, and cheese platter each have their own merits, making you want to order a variety of dishes.
Je suis allé au restaurant pour le déjeuner. Évidemment, comme c'était le déjeuner, les plats principaux étaient principalement des repas et il y avait moins d'options à la carte. Néanmoins, j'ai suivi les recommandations du serveur et même en tant que buveur, j'étais très satisfait. Je souhaite y retourner, peut-être pour le dîner la prochaine fois.
