When I ordered the hot pot ramen served in a clay pot for lunch, a fragrant aroma of concentrated chicken flavor wafted up. It was served bubbling hot, so the noodles maintained a perfect firmness and I was able to enjoy it hot until the end. The flavor of the parent chicken, chikuwa (fish cake), and raw egg harmonized with the soup, and transferring the egg to the rice to make a porridge-style dish added an interesting change in taste. The grilled eel was light and refreshing, with a savory flavor that lingered. The meat in the steak bowl was very tender, well-seasoned, and paired excellently with the salad and miso soup. The variety of the menu and the friendly service from the staff made for a very pleasant dining experience.
