And the store's limited menu here is Ichibo Roast for 980 yen!

This is the deepest part of the restaurant!

This is my second visit to Tenjinbashi restaurant.
I usually go to the main store in Minamimorimachi.
But there is a reason why I came here this time!
It's because there is a meat that is only available at this store!
It's the Ichibo Roast (イチボロース \980}!
This meat is served with a spicy salad in the middle, and the raw meat is neatly arranged around it.
It is then grilled for 1 minute on each side, and when it is still reddish, it is wrapped with the savory salad and eaten!
It's really delicious!

As expected of a popular restaurant. A very popular yakiniku restaurant with good quality meat and cosy atmosphere.
I wanted to eat Yakiniku with the members of my company, and that was Manryo, so it was Manryo anniversary.

As expected of such a popular restaurant, it was always full. We were lucky to be able to make a reservation.
The turnover was fast, and the next group was always coming in even after we finished eating.

We started with a toast with wine! The bottles are surprisingly reasonable, and if everyone's tastes match, it might be a good deal!

The location is about a 5-minute walk northeast of Honmachi Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line! So there will be 6 branches until it is closed.
To our surprise, all orders are taken on this tablet!
If there were three floors from the first basement to the third floor, it would be a lot of work just to go up and down.

La viande est délicieuse et vaut plus que son prix !
Peu importe quand j'y vais, la qualité de la viande est toujours bonne 👍
Je pense que le secret de sa saveur réside dans la cuisson au charbon sur le grill. C'est pourquoi j'ai toujours souhaité que les autres établissements fassent de même. Les autres restaurants ne sont pas aussi savoureux.
Le personnel est composé principalement de jeunes employés, mais j'aimerais qu'ils améliorent un peu leur service à la clientèle.
Ce n'est pas un restaurant bon marché, et j'aimerais qu'ils aient un peu plus d'esprit d'hospitalité. Il n'y a presque personne avec un sourire charmant.
Attendre à l'accueil et être expulsé dehors une fois est un peu frustrant.
Peut-être qu'il serait bon de changer un peu le système du restaurant.
Mais la viande elle-même est délicieuse et c'est un de mes restaurants préférés, donc j'y retournerai. J'espère qu'il deviendra un meilleur restaurant, désolé d'avoir été si long.

Cette fois encore, merci pour un moment où je peux me sentir en sécurité et me laisser aller, loin de toute déception.
Ce n'est pas parce que c'est délicieux que je viens, mais parce que je sais qu'en venant ici, je ne me trompe jamais.
■ Langue de bœuf au sel de ciboule de Nihonbashi
Comme d'habitude, ce plat change l'atmosphère dès la première bouchée.
La saveur grillée et la fraîcheur de la ciboule, ainsi que la perfection du sel, sont toujours présentes, et j'ai de nouveau confirmé qu'il s'agit d'un symbole de ce restaurant.
■ Ichibōrosu
C'est impressionnant de pouvoir extraire la saveur de la viande rouge avec autant de délicatesse.
Il n'y a aucune lourdeur de la graisse, et la légèreté qui permet aux arômes de la viande de se répandre à chaque bouchée est toujours impressionnante, peu importe combien de fois je le mange.
■ Kalbi fantôme
Une tendreté fondante et la douceur de la viande elle-même.
Je n'ai pas hésité à hocher la tête en comprenant pourquoi cela s'appelle « fantôme » cette fois encore.
Je me rends compte que je pense déjà à en commander plus.
■ Bibimbap cuit à la pierre
Une stabilité qui ne déçoit jamais en tant que plat de fin.
Le croustillant et la profondeur des saveurs sont toujours frais, même après six fois.
■ Thé au maïs
C'est appréciable qu'il soit gratuit.
Je peux me concentrer sur la viande avec mon portefeuille.
■ Service
Une courtoisie constante même dans l'agitation, avec une distance appropriée.
Une attention discrète qui est agréable et qui, tout comme la cuisine, me fait ressentir une « stabilité ».
La cuisine, le service, l'espace, tout cela est réuni à un niveau élevé, ce qui me donne envie de revenir encore et encore.
J'attends déjà avec impatience ma prochaine visite.

J'utilise souvent d'autres restaurants, mais c'est la première fois que je viens ici.
La viande était délicieuse, mais j'ai été placé au premier étage et les femmes qui semblaient être des hôtesses de bar à côté étaient bruyantes, donc je n'ai pas pu discuter tranquillement.
