It is a shop located inside the roadside station Arai, making it easy to stop by. The atmosphere is calm, and I appreciate that the interior is non-smoking. The staff is always polite, allowing for a pleasant dining experience. The pizzas and pastas are all delicious, especially the Margherita with its chewy crust, tomato sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan combination, which is the best. The Vongole Bianco had the flavor of clams well integrated with the noodles, and I was very satisfied. The chocolate cake and coffee after the meal also had a wonderful aroma, with a pleasant balance of sweetness and bitterness.
