Cette fois, j'ai réservé pour son anniversaire.
L'intérieur est propre et calme, les sièges sont espacés entre les clients, ce qui nous a permis de manger confortablement.
Tous les plats étaient délicieux, et le chef a expliqué chaque plat ainsi que la meilleure façon de les déguster, ce qui m'a permis de profiter du repas en toute confiance. J'ai toujours tendance à hésiter sur la façon de les manger.
La vitesse de service des plats était personnellement parfaite, et la conversation avec elle était animée, ce qui nous a permis de passer une très bonne soirée.
Enfin, nous avons également pris de magnifiques photos, et nous étions tous les deux très satisfaits.

The atmosphere was bright, and the staff were very polite in their responses. The food was also very delicious, and there were various types of alcohol, making me want to visit again.
I ordered a sashimi platter, and it was fresh and delicious.
The fish paste fritters were fluffy and deeply flavorful.
In addition, I enjoyed crab meat and seasonal young sweetfish fritters.
To complement the dishes, I had a famous sake from Toyama. I ate well, drank a lot, and was satisfied.
The service was straightforward and just right.

The charcoal-grilled sweetfish from the Jinzū River has a wonderful aroma and is tender even to the bones. A dish that combines cold soy milk and sesame soup with Daimon somen is very impressive. The final sweets are abundant, including melon and jelly, providing a sense of satisfaction.
