Menu
With a pleasant texture, the flavor spreads gently with each bite. This proud dish features Hinai jidori chicken thigh meat mixed with other parts, allowing you to experience a deep richness. The flavor is adjusted solely with salt to bring out the sweetness of the meat. You can enjoy a profound taste within its simplicity.
An original skewer wrapped in thick skin featuring the crispiness of chicken skin and the tenderness of breast meat, allowing you to enjoy both at the same time. You can savor the direct umami and elasticity that truly represents Hinai chicken. Since this is a rare cut, it is recommended to order early when you want to eat it.
