A flavorful beer brewed with 'Gyokusendo' underground water CORAL WATER sourced from coral reefs. Available in five varieties: Saison, Alt, IPA, Black Ale, and Kölsch.
A full-bodied lager beer with a good balance of richness and bitterness, in authentic German style. Alc. 6.0% In 2015, it won the grand prize in the 'Craft Beer from Japan to the World' selection by the Foreign Correspondents' Club of Japan. The final selection was voted on by about 100 members of the club and approximately 70 general participants.
A crisp German-style black beer. It has a characteristic aroma of dark beer while being a new type of black beer with a smooth mouthfeel. Alc. 5.5% During the Golden Week in May 2017, I tried to visit the brewery in Morioka City, but I couldn't enter the brewery due to an all-you-can-drink factory beer festival, and the advance tickets were already sold out by April! It was disappointing.

A Sicilian dish made by wrapping anchovies, pine nuts, oranges, raisins, and other fillings in true sardines. 'Becca' means 'to peck' and 'fico' means 'fig.' It refers to a small bird that only eats ripe figs, which was a popular luxury ingredient among 19th-century Sicilian nobility. In contrast, the common people created this dish using inexpensive sardines to resemble that bird. (Grand Menu) (2p) 990 yen (additional 1p) 495 yen
