I casually stopped by and immediately fell in love with the calm lighting and stylish counter. The first draft beer I ordered was perfectly chilled with creamy foam, and it lifted my spirits from the very first sip. The signature meat tofu had the broth soaked all the way through, and when eaten with the tender pork, it was a delightful taste. When paired with grated daikon, the flavor of the fish in the jako-ten really stood out, making me want to order more. The daily changing obanzai, like kinpira gobo, had a gentle seasoning that paired excellently with the drinks. Listening to music playing on vinyl, I felt it was a cozy place where I could relax even while standing.
