This shop quietly stands in a back alley near the station, and the moment you enter, you feel excited. It's a cozy space with a counter and a few tables, allowing for a relaxed atmosphere. The potato salad has a nice kick from the coarsely ground pepper, while also being gentle on the palate, making it enjoyable. The spicy offal hot pot is rich in flavor, and the yuzu pepper and pepper expand the taste profile. The finishing Chinese noodles have thin, curly noodles that cling well to the soup, creating a perfect match. The burdock chips and chicken sashimi each have their own merits, making it hard to put down the chopsticks.
