The atmosphere was very elegant. We got the chef's recommendation course (middle option of three) and a glass of wine. The food was delicate and absolutely delicious: the pinnacle of Japanese Italian food. Service was also amazing, with the staff attending to all of our needs and describing the dishes in both English and Japanese. Absolutely recommended.

Piatto Suzuki is a Michelin-starred Italian restaurant that has won the Michelin Guide for eight consecutive years. The restaurant is full of people, and the atmosphere is just the right amount of buzz with happy and joyful voices. A cozy restaurant. We visited on our anniversary to fulfill our two indulgences of having pasta with sea urchins and white truffles. We were able to get a table at the counter, so we consulted directly with Chef Suzuki and the wait staff and had a blissful time making our choice. I drank a glass of wine while looking at the menu. We ordered four kinds of carpaccio from the seasonal menu. Plenty of vegetables. Quality ingredients, thickly sliced tuna with raw steak and vinegar. The sweet shrimp tartar, vinegared mackerel finished with white wine vinegar and Champagne, and seared golden threadfin bream with a side of filet of squid. Warm vegetables were flower zucchini fritters, mozzarella and anchovies in the flower. And the white truffle was a simple luxury, shaved over a fried egg. Fried eggs on a bed of potato pesto. Pair it with Barolo. The rich and lustrous aroma of the white truffle filled my nostrils. The medieval idea that they were used as an aphrodisiac came to mind. For pasta, we had cold cappellini with baby squid and linguine with cloudberries in a tomato cream sauce, another dish I wanted to try. There were six slices of calamari. I almost squealed with delight. The linguine with sea urchin shined with a glossy pasta and the sweetness of the sea urchin was enhanced by the acidity of the tomatoes. The main course was a favorite, Milano cutlet. Pair it with amarone. A dish that defied common sense and made me groan. The beef is cut thickly, not beaten, not stretched, and fried separately so that the meat around the bone can be enjoyed. Bread crumbs that leave a crispy texture mixed with Parmesan. The texture of the batter on the fine, juicy meat. Mortobono. The homemade lemon cello is also worth mentioning. Frozen lemon cello is crushed and floated instead of ice. Everything about this restaurant is beyond satisfying and fills you with a sense of euphoria. This is an excellent Italian restaurant to visit on a day when you have time to spare.

Might be a little small room. Mr. Piatt is very popular! I was finally able to come here! Well, it's good! Various dishes are of a high level. No wonder it's so popular! You all know I'm a sweets guy. You have a choice of dessert at the end of the meal! You can choose all of them. And the price remains the same! Of course I would order it! I ordered all of them! The sweets alone are enough for one meal! It was delicious! The only problem is that the rooms are a bit small, so you may not be able to relax. If you want to eat slowly, this might not be the place for you. If you want to eat slowly, this might not be the place for you! On the other hand, the counter in the back might be better!
