"Ajihōsai Branch" is a popular Chinese restaurant that attracts passionate fans in the Daimon area. The signature dish, "Crushed Mapo Tofu," features a unique texture with finely crushed tofu and a spicy, flavorful taste infused with ginger. When served over the fluffy fried rice, it becomes highly addictive, and combining it with the shrimp chili sauce offers a secret menu-level enjoyment. The course starting from 3,500 yen includes appetizers, shrimp chili, liver and bell pepper, mapo tofu, fried rice, and almond tofu, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. It is recommended for those who want to enjoy a casual Chinese banquet or indulge in the famous mapo tofu. I visited the restaurant during lunch time. The fried bean curd bowl and noodles are reasonably priced, while the a la carte dishes are a bit expensive due to the fact that they are authentic Chinese dishes. I thought that the "Bean-curd soup bowl with Bean-curd soup" looked mild, but it was very spicy! And the volume is generous. Next time, I would like to try the Chinese rice bowl and the fried rice.
