This is a small shop with just a counter, located right by the station, where you can relax and enjoy yourself. You can order either the chef's choice or your favorite ingredients, allowing you to proceed at your own pace, which is convenient. The sushi has a good balance of rice temperature and flavor, and the careful craftsmanship is evident, making it very delicious. The appetizers are prepared by a specialized chef and there is a wide variety, similar to Japanese one-plate dishes, so you won't get bored. The wine selection is extensive, and there is a sommelier available who can also accommodate bring-your-own options. The open atmosphere allows for a close interaction with the artisans, enabling you to enjoy both a casual and authentic experience.
