Innovative sushi bursting with creativity

Akasaka Sushi Ohtani is a hidden gem where you can experience the 'Ohtani-mae' style, which adds the chef's originality to traditional Edomae sushi. The interior features a chic black-themed design, allowing guests to appreciate the craftsmanship from any seat. Delicious dishes and warm-hearted service captivate visitors, making them want to return time and again.

The chef and staff spoke English and presented the dishes to us every time. They were all excellent. The restaurant's intimate atmosphere (there are only 9 seats) made the experience all the more memorable. It's a must-do experience.
