In a space with a counter that feels the warmth of wood, you can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere. From the very first appetizer, there is a sense of the seasons, and the sake-steamed fish has a refined aroma and flavor. The dish of cod milt is crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, leaving a pleasant aftertaste. The nigiri, especially the aged squid, kohada, and fluffy anago, are particularly memorable. The sweet shrimp has a melting texture and a pure sweetness that brings a smile to your face. The finishing touch of the ohagi nigiri is surprising, making it enjoyable until the very end.
