No matter when you go, no matter what you eat, it's always delicious!　@Sannomiya | Happy eating good food! The food that the people who patronize this place uploaded looked so delicious that even before I tried it, I knew it would be my favorite! I was sure of it! The restaurant is CHEZCHILO Chez Shilo! The location is about a 5 minute walk north from JR Sannomiya station. The blue exterior is lovely! The restaurant has a homey atmosphere with only table seating in a rural area, so you can feel at home right away! The restaurant is run by a husband and wife team, with the husband's delicious food and the wife's kind service. I haven't written a review, but this is my second time! I liked it so much the first time that I visited again with the same members! The food is a prix fixe course. You choose an appetizer and main dish from the menu of the day for 3,500 yen. Depending on the dish, there is an additional charge, but all of the dishes are very generous in portions! Again, we made our decision while talking with the restaurant's regulars and the wife of the service staff! ■MANGIN Toast with a glass of Champagne! I'll have to start with a glass of something shwashy! Appetizer The appetizer is a pork rillette! The rillette is served on a crispy baked bucket and has a strong meaty flavor! The umami of the pork is rich and irresistible! Homemade Marinated Salmon with Herb Cream Sticky, moderately salted salmon is a must-have! Herb-infused cream cheese? It's a perfect match with this! ■Tete de Cochon. Crispy roasted pig's head served with tartar sauce, and it is so delicious! I ordered it the first time and was so impressed with the taste! I was so impressed with the taste that I decided to order it again for the second time. The crispy part is savory, the pork inside is rich in flavor, and the homemade tartar is the perfect accompaniment! It's the best and the most delicious, and I will definitely order it again next time! ■Land Style Salad Smoked duck breast, duck gizzard confit, foie gras confit, two kinds of asparagus, foie gras confit in low-temperature oil, gizzards with a texture like you have never tasted before, moist and smooth, concentrated flavor, and sweet and delicious white asparagus at the end! A sumptuous salad! Charentais duck leg confit with sautéed potatoes The duck roasted to perfection is from Chalan. Juicy and richly flavored duck! It is different from ordinary duck! Italian rabbit with mustard flavor I don't remember eating rabbit very often, but it has no habits at all and tastes like chicken! It is served in a cream base with homemade fettuccine-like flat pasta, It also has a soft mustard flavor! ■Salted pork belly stew with skin I saw this dish on the restaurant's Instagram that day, and I absolutely wanted to try it! I was so excited to try this dish! I love stewed meat! It's skin on, crispy and fragrant and grilled. I thought it might be heavy because of the fatty part, but it was not at all! I thought so, but not at all! It's full of fat, but you can enjoy it light! It's so tender that you can eat it with a sizzling sensation! Also, the mashed potatoes underneath were excellent! Dessert is available for an extra charge! Rosemary and lime ice cream! Just the right amount of herbs and the freshness of the lime is perfect for summer! The refreshment was pleasant! On this day, all the food was delicious and very satisfying! It seems to be getting harder to get a reservation these days, and I was wondering what to write a review about. I was wondering what to do about writing a review, but I decided to write it because it's a delicious restaurant and I wanted everyone to know about it! This is the kind of restaurant that made me realize how much I like bistros and spaces where you can dine without hesitation! Next time, I definitely want to visit during the mushroom omelet season! It was also the most delicious! I will definitely visit again! Thank you for the food! Good wine, good food and good company @ Sannomiya | Happy eating good food! My favorite restaurant that I visit regularly! Chez Shiro About 5 minutes north from JR Sannomiya Station "A restaurant where you can enjoy traditional French regional cuisine and strong regional dishes with French wines." Reservations are getting more and more difficult every time I visit, so it's almost impossible to just pop in and visit! You can check the availability of reservations on the restaurant's Instagram! The atmosphere of the restaurant and the madam love the food prepared by the chef! The cuisine is a prix fixe course You can make your own choice from the menu of the day! I visited in August, so the seasonal dishes may be a little different from now... Please understand. Champagne toast! It's a little bit sweet and a little bit sharp! It was hot and humid, so it will moisten your throat~! Pork Rillette At Shiro's, it's like the first dish served at the table! It is a concentrated flavor of pork and served on a crispy bucket! It's delicious and goes quickly! Foie Gras Terrine Sometimes they have this, sometimes they don't, but when they do, I order it for sure! The foie gras is so rich and thick, and it's folded over generously! When you put it in your mouth, it spreads slowly and gently with your body heat! I get so excited when I eat it with black figs! Riesling from Alsace Very refreshing white wine! Crispy Baked Pork This is my favorite dish that I order every time! This one dish contains all the different parts of the pig's head! So every time you eat it, you get a different texture! You can't beat the tartar! It tastes twice as good when eaten with this! Roasted duck breast What an exquisite degree of doneness! The outside is cooked well, but the inside is so moist! The flavor is so rich that it explodes with deliciousness from the moment you take a bite! Roasted Galician chestnut pork Very tasty looking pork that comes in at this time of the year. We take our time to roast this slowly and carefully. This is the thickness! It's irresistible, isn't it? Chestnut pork raised on chestnuts It's so sweet and juicy! It's unlike any pork I've ever had anywhere else! If I ever encounter this again, I'll definitely want to try it! ■Peach MelbaSpeaking of summer sweets, peach melba is a peach compote topped with ice cream, and I've had it often elsewhere, but Shiro's is extra delicious! All the dishes are really delicious, and we always have a great time here with the same group of people. We couldn't get together much this year in Corona, but we hope to go to Shiro's again next year with the same group of people. But... I love it! Thank you very much for the food, Chez Shiro! 078-252-2121 TME Bldg. 1F, 5-4-19 Kotono-cho, Chuo-ku, Kobe-shi, Hyogo

Delighted with the elaborate cuisine @ Sannomiya | Delicious food makes me happy! There is a restaurant that I like so much that I keep going back again and again! It is a restaurant where you can enjoy traditional French regional cuisine and strong regional dishes with French wines. CHEZCHILO Chez Chilo is located about 5 minutes north of JR Sannomiya Station. The blue exterior is very nice and I personally love this kind of color scheme. I'm looking forward to today! I've been three times this year alone and I love it! The prix-fixe course is 4,500 yen, and you choose an appetizer and a main dish, but this is always a problem for me! I'm always in a bind because I have a friend who is in charge of these times! Champagne toast with a refreshing, fine bubbly that goes well with the food! Pork rilletteThis is a kind of appetizer! It's packed with the umami of pork and is delicious. White wineWe ran out of bubbles, so we asked for a glass of white wine recommended by the madam! ■Crispy grilled pork This dish is so delicious that I order it every time! This chunk of the pig's head is stuffed with parts of the pig's head. The circumference is wrapped around the head and you can enjoy the various textures of the parts. It's served with tartar! It's amazing! No matter how many times I eat it, I always want to eat it again! Foie Gras Terrine from ■Land I have never had foie gras that melted so well! It just melts in your mouth at body temperature. It's rich and smooth, but there's nothing at all that makes it taste good. It tastes even better with fig compote, which adds a fruity flavor! The foie gras is of high quality, but it tastes even better because it is made with care! The confit pork shoulder loin is cured in salt for 4 days, cooked at a low temperature for 8 hours, and then baked to a crisp. The surface is crispy and the inside is juicy! This is a popular item! Rosé rosé wine by the glass. Peach CompoteAs a peach lover, I had been eagerly awaiting the arrival of the peach compote since it was announced a few weeks prior to my visit. I was told that there was a melon soup, which is not on the menu, but I would like to try it! I'll eat it! I was so happy to see that they have a soup with red melon and crumbled melon, which is also very good! I'm so happy to have found my favorite restaurant! I hope to visit again when it's less hot and Corona has calmed down by then. 078-252-2121 TME Bldg. 1F, 5-4-19 Kotono-cho, Chuo-ku, Kobe-shi, Hyogo
