The home-style dishes are all carefully prepared and have a comforting flavor. The oden has a gentle sweetness, and the daikon and egg were infused with flavor, making it hard to stop eating. The fried oysters with shiba-zuke tartar and the tuna cutlet were particularly impressive and paired perfectly. The hamburger with bamboo shoots and the rice cooked with sea bream and bamboo shoots were also fragrant and satisfying. The sashimi, obanzai, salt koji chicken tempura, and broad bean tempura can all be enjoyed in a well-balanced way. I was able to enjoy my meal slowly in a calm space, and even the finishing sea bream chazuke was delicious.

A well-balanced, recommended course featuring local ingredients from Ehime, with a focus on seasonal produce, including home-style dishes, vegetables, fish, meat, and seasoned rice. Each dish is served individually, so there’s no need to share with other guests. Includes a 120-minute all-you-can-drink plan.

Stork Easy Course (includes 120-minute all-you-can-drink). One dish per person.

A more affordable option than our recommended course. Includes 120 minutes of all-you-can-drink. Each dish is served individually, so there’s no need to share with other guests.
