Interior The restaurant, located on the first basement floor, is a hideaway with a great atmosphere. There are 13 seats at the beautiful straight counter and a table for 6 in the back (semi-private room). The tables, chairs, walls, and interior are all sophisticated and stylish. The atmosphere is noble, something you would not associate with the words "sake in Osaka. Cuisine & Sake Assorted appetizers There is a menu of dishes, but we recommend that you leave it to us. The first dish to appear was an assortment of three kinds: spring cabbage, cooked shirasu (baby sardines), and dried tofu. The koya-tofu, in particular, overturns the conventional concept of koya-tofu. The fluffy texture and subtle sweetness were fantastic.
