In a calm space with only a counter, it's enjoyable to be close to the craftsmen. The courses come out at a good pace, from the appetizers to the sushi, and each dish showcases careful craftsmanship. I was particularly impressed by the small fish topped with egg yolk vinegar and the lightly grilled red snapper sushi. The time spent savoring as much sea urchin as I wanted made my cheeks relax with its rich sweetness and the scent of the sea. Pairing it with the sake I brought enhanced the temperature of the rice and the umami of the toppings even more. With a limited number of seats, I could enjoy a leisurely conversation, making it a wonderful place to casually immerse myself in the delicious world of sushi.

The small interior with 7 counter seats is clean and comfortable. The sushi prepared by the chef is meticulous, and the balance between the rice and the toppings is exquisite. The winter limited crab sushi is packed with meat, and the moment it enters the mouth, the sweetness spreads, leaving a deep impression. There are also appetizers beautifully arranged like a bouquet with rich fresh sea urchin, which makes the drinks flow easily. The course changes every time I visit, filled with surprises and enjoyment, featuring combinations like fatty tuna and pickled daikon sushi, as well as chawanmushi with cod milt. I am delighted that I can freely bring my own bottles, allowing me to fully enjoy sushi with my favorite drinks.

The interior has only seven counter seats, and it has a very clean and calming atmosphere. The variety of dishes, from appetizers to sushi, is rich, and the content changes slightly each time, which is exciting. The red vinegar rice is slightly firm with good grain separation, making it a perfect match with the toppings. The negitoro-taku onigiri and the shrimp sushi were particularly unforgettable in their deliciousness. The preparation is meticulous, with many seasonal ingredients, and the scent of the sea is strongly conveyed. The chef speaks little, but his serious demeanor inspires trust, making for an enjoyable meal.
