From the counter, you can see the charcoal grilling happening right in front of you, and the savory sounds and smells are exciting. Each dish is carefully crafted down to the details, and I was impressed by the beauty of the tableware and presentation. In particular, the meat grilled slowly over charcoal and the eel spring rolls highlight the flavors of the ingredients and are unforgettable in their deliciousness. The staff carefully informs you of the origin of the ingredients when serving, which conveys their commitment to quality and makes the experience enjoyable.
