Go to "Noboron", the most expensive restaurant in Japan for 5 pieces of 2000 Yen dumplings. The restaurant's name is also used to refer to its tantanmen (noodles), which are available for only ³,900 until 3:00 p.m. during lunch hours. The soroboro of this noodle is not made from pork, but is ground to a size that allows you to taste the deliciousness of Wagyu beef. The soup is an impressive taste that makes you sigh when you take a sip. The spiciness, sourness, sansho (Japanese pepper), pepper punch, sesame seeds, and dried shrimps are all in harmony and gently spread on the nose and mouth. The noodles are so well mixed with the soup that you feel as if you are eating the soup together with the noodles. The amount of spinach is also quite large, which is well-balanced with the overall firmness of the soup. Noborlong is also famous for its Chinese chive soba, and when I tried to order it this time, I was told that the chives are hard this season, so I decided to go with the imperial noodles. I was told that the chive chive was too hard this season, so I decided to go with the imperial noodles. I was surprised when the price of the Imperial Noodle Lunch went up by ¥300 before the consumption tax increase, but I was convinced that it became even more delicious. The spiciness increased, the noodles became frizzier, and the quantity and quality of the sesame seeds, which I thought were a bit heavy, changed at the end. It is delicious to the last. The green chili peppers and Chinese pickles served with the entree are as delicious as ever. This is the first time I have had such delicious Chinese pickles here. As a side note, the zaasai soba is also popular. The waitresses wear bow ties, giving the restaurant a wonderful, upscale, Showa-era feel. Upstairs seats are filled with celebrities dining there. I will visit again for lunch.

Noboryu is located on the Azabu Juban shopping street and is famous for its high-end Chinese specialty food and the most expensive gyoza in Japan at ¥2,000 for 5 pieces. We visited for the first time in a long time to have dinner with a person who was posted to the Chinese Embassy. The appetizers were a combination of peasant, jellyfish, and steamed chicken. All of them were of a high class and elegant taste. The seasonal matsutake mushrooms were stir-fried with scallops. The sauce was effective, but also brought out the aroma of the matsutake mushrooms. Since Sichuan is the restaurant's main cuisine, we ordered the vermicelli and minced meat stew. Naturally delicious and numbing. And then, the standard dumplings. Worth the price, with quality meat wrapped in ground glutinous skin. I was going to order the classic Chinese chive buckwheat noodles to finish, but the waitress told me to order something else since Chinese chives are not in season, so I went with my favorite wonton noodles. The thin, slippery skin with the light aroma of ginger was delicious, and the waiter and I repeatedly commented on how delicious it was. According to the person who was posted to the embassy, this dish is made with a high-grade soup stock that is only served at official events of the destination government. It is expensive, but all the dishes are wonderful. There are many single people who only eat soba on the first floor in the evening, so please feel free to stop by.

Famous Chinese restaurant in Azabu Juban frequented by Tamori-san and other celebrities. Toryu" has Japan's most celebrated ¥2,000 gyoza (dumplings), which it calls itself "high-class Chinese. I sometimes have an irresistible craving for wonton noodles here, and I had to rush to the restaurant for lunch because I was having withdrawal symptoms. I wasn't planning on drinking beer, but when the appetizer of walnuts and green chili peppers in soy sauce arrived, I naturally ordered it. If you order beer, you will be served with shredded Chinese pickles. The Chinese pickles are so delicious and crunchy like jellyfish that I wanted to order more! And the wonton noodle soup! The wontons are large, well-seasoned, ground meat wontons wrapped in a thin, thin skin. On top of the noodles, there is also a boiled egg with a hint of octagonal flavor, tender pork, wide and thinly sliced bamboo shoots, beautifully aligned spinach with a sprinkling of minced meat, thin noodles that go well with the delicate chicken broth, and a wonderful harmony of looks, textures, and all the ingredients. After the meal, a mango sorbet is served. The price is definitely high, but the attention to the ingredients, the careful and delicate seasoning, and the textures and textures are all superb, and you will be more than happy with the price. It is a famous restaurant worth visiting at least once.

A Chinese restaurant with a celebrity clientele that offers high-end Chinese specialties. Noboryu" is located on the Azabu Juban shopping street. At night, it is a popular restaurant with expensive prices, but it is difficult to get a seat due to reservations. The reason for its popularity is simple. It is simply because it is delicious. And, as always, we enjoy being able to laugh at the menu prices. Dumplings, spring rolls, ¥2000,Fried rice from ¥2800. but now, during the shark's fin price reduction period, you can get a shark's fin simmered in its original shape for ¥6000! Please visit this restaurant, where the only thing that counts is the taste, and enjoy the deliciousness with your close friends.

Let's go eat gyoza! First visit to the restaurant. I had known about this restaurant for more than 10 years, but this was my first time to go inside. I thought the interior would be more luxurious, but it was not so. However, the taste was always consistent. I forgot to take a picture, but I also ordered spring rolls. The dumplings and spring rolls were especially good. I wanted to order rice and noodles, but I held out.

The food was very good, but the restaurant was small and the space between the seats was narrow, and I felt uncomfortable because of the many floor workers. The price is high, so I would not frequent the restaurant.
