The key ingredient is the extra virgin olive oil 'ICONO', said to be the most elegant in the world. The texture of the olives and the rich aroma of the oil will complement a wide range of wines.

The sauce, made with anchovies and domestic garlic gently cooked in milk, is rich while keeping the saltiness in check. It powerfully enhances the natural flavors of the vegetables. Each wine order is finely adjusted to elevate the synergistic effect.
Worth the wait. The cheese enhances the deep umami of the vegetables. This is a carefully prepared risotto made by slowly cooking raw rice, which takes time to serve. The base is a broth carefully extracted from a variety of vegetables, typical of a greengrocer. By adding plenty of Parmigiano-Reggiano, we created a delicate yet robust umami. The texture of the rice grains is well preserved, and it can be enjoyed with wine.
