We used carefully selected sweet potatoes that match the season, topped with vanilla ice cream. The warm baked sweet potato and cold ice cream are a perfect match!

Using herbs like thyme, garlic, and rosemary, along with various types of vinegar, the seasoning is adjusted according to the season. The key ingredient is the extra virgin olive oil 'ICONO', said to be the most elegant in the world. The texture of the olives and the rich aroma of the oil will complement a wide range of wines.
Rich tomato bruschetta made with homemade semi-dried tomatoes that have been slowly cooked to bring out their sweetness, marinated in pure olive oil infused with herbs. A new sensation of Bagna Cauda tailored to match your wine. Fresh vegetables from the market are generously arranged on a palm-sized plate. The sauce, made with anchovies and domestic garlic gently cooked in milk, is rich while keeping the saltiness in check. It powerfully enhances the natural flavors of the vegetables. Each wine order is finely adjusted to enhance the synergistic effect.
Worth the wait. The cheese enhances the deep umami of the vegetables. This is a carefully prepared risotto made by slowly cooking raw rice, which takes some time to serve. The base is a broth carefully extracted from a variety of vegetables, unique to a greengrocer. By adding plenty of Parmigiano-Reggiano, we created a delicate yet robust umami flavor. The texture of the rice grains is well preserved, and it can be enjoyed with wine.
