Homemade focaccia blended with Italian MOLINO DALLA GIOVANNA flour and Hokkaido 'Haru yo Koi'. Baked daily around 5 PM, it offers a chewy and fluffy texture. With a moderate saltiness, it pairs well with pasta sauces and prosciutto.
A traditional regional bread from Bologna. It is baked using a special tool. Stracchino cheese is placed in the cut sections. Additionally, it is common to add ingredients like prosciutto and eat it by hand, which is the local style.
