Il cibo è delizioso. Tra quelli che ho mangiato, i gamberi fritti con maionese e le tempura di natto e shiso erano particolarmente buoni. Il servizio era più tranquillo che vivace, il che ha reso l'atmosfera rilassata. Essendo in una semi-privata, è stato bello poter stare senza preoccuparsi degli sguardi degli altri.

Yokote no Wagaya is a charming restaurant with a cozy, hidden atmosphere created by renovating a traditional house. You can enjoy a creative bistro menu crafted by skilled chefs, perfectly paired with sake from Akita Prefecture. Notable dishes include the gratin with mentaiko and tofu, and the fried chicken marinated in apple and salt koji, which are sure to captivate visitors. The comfortable interior also features private rooms, making it ideal for business meetings and gatherings.
The interior is a calm space with white and walnut tones, and the BGM and lighting are gentle, making it comfortable. The staff kindly greets you, and when you sit down, they promptly serve warm hojicha. The sizzling meat being grilled right in front of you and the flambéing raises your excitement. The meat is thick and incredibly tender, and it pairs well with garlic chips and various sauces, making the flavor transitions enjoyable. The beautifully colored salad, small dishes, miso soup with sea lettuce, and the fragrant rice with yukari, as well as the savory garlic rice, are all delicious. The atmosphere is also friendly for families with children, and you can be satisfied with coffee and white chocolate mousse after your meal.

Focusing on horumon grilled meat, the restaurant offers a rich selection of fresh meats and side dishes, with each bite evoking a sense of delight. Thank you for providing a private room. Although we had children with us, we were able to enjoy the food at a leisurely pace. The course hot pot was also the best.
