Upon entering, I am greeted warmly, and my mood lifts right from the start. I can see the chef grilling over charcoal from behind the counter, and just the aroma makes me happy. The grilled chicken has the perfect balance of saltiness and doneness, the liver is creamy and free of any unpleasant smell, and the bonjiri (chicken tail) is plump and juicy. When mixed with the egg yolk, the tsukune (chicken meatball) overflows with meat juices, which is irresistible. The simmered beef tendon is tender, and the egg soaked in the flavors is also excellent. The Nagoya Cochin and Amakusa Daisuke chickens are rich in umami and have a firm texture, providing satisfaction with every bite.

The Caesar salad with grilled lettuce has a warm yet crisp texture, providing a very fresh surprise. The potato salad with firefly squid and the grilled Spanish mackerel highlight the quality of the ingredients, making it easy to enjoy sake and shochu. Everything, including the rich cheesecake for dessert, was highly satisfying, and I believe this is the first place to consider when looking for delicious food in Kisarazu.

It is easily accessible from the station, and when you go up the stairs, you are greeted with a bright welcome. The interior has a slightly retro atmosphere, and you can relax in the sunken kotatsu or comfortable sofa seats. The staff is attentive, recommending dishes and quickly replacing plates, which feels nice. The namerou, thick grilled chicken, and motsunabe are all delicious, and the sashimi platter is satisfying. I also enjoy the freshly made tofu with salt, garlic rice topped with steak, and the chocolate cake for dessert. You can enjoy sports on several monitors, and with a variety of non-alcoholic cocktails and shochu, you’ll want to stay for a long time.
When I stopped by on the weekend, the store was lively and exciting. The thin-crust, oven-baked pizza was substantial in size, very easy to eat, and fragrant. There was a wide variety of options, including seafood and basil, all of which paired perfectly with drinks. The side menu was also rich, featuring items like Yana beef rib steak and clams steamed in wine, making it hard to resist ordering a variety of dishes. The drink fortune service was also fun, and my friends and I had a great time. It's close to the station, so it's my favorite place to casually drop by with a reservation.
