Local ingredients shine through, with the aroma of cacao nibs enhancing the corn and butternut squash soup, leaving a strong impression. The pasta allows you to fully appreciate the flavor of the fish, and the main dish, horse meat tagliata, was tender and paired well with the sauce. The chewy bread and creative touches like tiramisu topped with vegetables were also enjoyable. I was satisfied with the private room with a window, the view of the sea between the mountains, the attentive service, and even the finishing ginger tea.
