Yakiniku Yui is a good yakiniku restaurant found in Hyotsuyama. The Yui Mori is a great deal and offers an assortment of loin, halami, haneshita, and yakishabu. The halami is tender and tasty, and served with white rice and beer, it will fill you up. To finish off the meal, we finished off with the Ishiyaki Cheese Curry, even though we were full. The yuzu maki and cheese curry are definitely must-order items on the menu. For those who love tongue, there is also the tanzakari, which allows you to enjoy thick-cut tongue, top salt tongue, bottom tongue, and salt tongue. The cosmopolitan atmosphere makes this level of yakiniku restaurant a place to go alone.

Even the rice topped with curry was perfect!
I want to go back.
The quiet interior of the shop, just a short walk from the station, has a pleasant wooden aroma that is very calming. The counter is small, but that brings you closer to the artisans, making it enjoyable. The staff's smiles and attentive service eased my heart from the very beginning. The sesame tofu and bamboo shoots are seasonal dishes that overflow with a sense of the season, making me smile involuntarily. The half-cooked sweet shrimp and the tender simmered eel nigiri are all perfectly balanced with the rice. Even the dessert served at the end was thoughtfully prepared, keeping me in a happy mood until the very last bite.

I have been a fan of Chicken Feijin in Kawachi Eiwa ever since I visited the restaurant before. I wanted to visit the main restaurant as well, so I took advantage of a day off to go to Hyotsuyama. Here, I enjoyed not only the chicken dishes, but also new menu items that surprised me at the Kawachi Eiwa branch, such as straw-roasted bonito and fried mehikari. Beer choices included Super Dry and Ebisu, and we started with Super Dry (320 yen). I was also happy to enjoy the fried mehikari and grilled chicken skin as appetizers. The straw-roasted bonito tataki (870 yen) was fresh, thick, and great with condiments. The seared oyako-momo tare, shio-ami seseri tare, shio, and kumquat tare yaki were also delicious. We also enjoyed the Japanese and Western dishes such as chicken and mitsuba cream croquettes, charbroiled fu sauce, roast beef with beef halami, and tsukune with foie gras miso.

This is a cozy restaurant where you can slowly grill food on a shichirin (a small charcoal grill). The interior is small, but you can spend your time here in a relaxed manner. The green onion salt tongue is grilled on one side, allowing the aroma of the green onions to spread, and I was very satisfied. The yukhoe, harami, grilled shabu, and horumon all have a rich flavor. The particularly rare glens is rich and tender, leaving a strong impression. It's about a 10-minute walk from the station, and there is a coin parking nearby, which is convenient.
