The high-quality wagyu beef enjoyed in the yakiniku lunch is surprisingly tender, resembling steak. In particular, the harami and tongue have a rich umami flavor, and a savory aroma spreads. The offal is also carefully prepared, and it pairs excellently with the sauce. The accompanying vegetables are sweet and crisp, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The rice has a good grain texture, and when paired with the meat, it brings even more happiness. Everything, from the handmade small dishes to the kimchi and cold noodles, has a carefully crafted flavor, making it a very satisfying meal.

Whenever you go there, you will be warmly welcomed. It's called an izakaya restaurant (laughs). As soon as I entered the restaurant today, I was told that they had just received a nice tuna, and I immediately decided to order it. The president of the restaurant recommended it, so there was no doubt about it. The sashimi platter includes red kasira, flatfish, and salmon. Kanto style meat and potatoes from the obanzai at the counter. When I asked what the difference was, I was told that it was made with pork instead of beef. The flavor was shinny and the potatoes were delicious. The tome dish was a super omelette rice made by Chef Max (back menu). We were full and headed home.

Good sushi. The price is cheap and the ingredients are good.
