The interior is stylish and comfortable. Music with visuals plays, creating an exciting atmosphere. The burgers have a rich meat flavor, and the juices spread with each bite. You can choose according to your preference, such as avocado cheese or jalapeño cheese. The crispy fried potatoes and onion rings pair well with the ketchup and mustard on the table. The cocktails and lemonade are refreshing and delicious, and the staff is attentive.
Of course, on weekends and even on weekdays, there are many people lined up in front of the shop, which heightens the anticipation. While waiting after buying a meal ticket at the vending machine, there are covered long benches, so you can relax comfortably. The moment the special Chinese noodles were served, I smiled at the aroma of dried sardines and the luxurious ingredients. The slightly cloudy soup has a gentle umami with suppressed bitterness, and the saltiness gradually spreads, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The firm, thin noodles hold the soup well, and the two types of char siu, soft-boiled egg, and seaweed are a perfect match. Finally, I adjusted the flavor with the soup on the table while finishing it off, and I left the shop very satisfied.
The stately black building with large windows overlooking the greenery outside and the red elegant bridge, and the lighting and interior design were exotic and made me feel very atypical.
The salads were served with pomegranate dressing, which was very rich, and I felt that a great deal of care was put into each salad! We had soup and of course the main course of lamb and beef skewers served on a kind of pita bread, all very tasty, and I think the atmosphere and food are 100 points perfect! However, the price of over 3,000 yen for lunch is a bit expensive for me, so next time I would like to come back at night for some celebration or special occasion to enjoy some drinks!

The bright interior of the restaurant, just a moment away from the station, immediately fills you with the atmosphere of Okinawa, making you excited. The sea grapes I had first had a bouncy texture, and the scent of the sea spread throughout my mouth, refreshing me. When I quickly dipped the Okinawa Agu pork in hot water, the fat melted gently, and the sweetness and umami combined, making me smile involuntarily. After that, when I grilled the kalbi, the juices flowed out, and the aftertaste was light, making me keep reaching for more with my chopsticks. The lineup also includes enjoyable textures, such as the crunchy pork tongue and the crisp island shallot kimchi. Finally, the light broth of the Okinawa soba that I slurped seeped into my body, greatly enhancing my overall satisfaction with the meal.
I enjoyed a parfait lavishly made with seasonal fruits. The staff's service was also very good, and I was able to spend a delicious and relaxing time. Thank you very much.
It is a place with a theme of fermentation, surrounded by greenery, making it a pleasant spot. The dishes made with plenty of local vegetables and fermented ingredients are satisfyingly gentle in flavor. The salad is crisp and visually enjoyable, and I liked the moist chicken ham. The chicken grilled over wood fire, finished with salt koji, is very tender, and combining it with miso enhances its richness. The refreshing apple vinegar drink and the fresh taste of the trout carpaccio were also good. The interior has a calm atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy your meal slowly while gazing at the view outside the window.
