The sashimi was all fresh, and the sea bass and Katsuo from Maisaka were firm and very delicious. The raw shirasu could be enjoyed in a bowl, as tempura, or boiled with grated daikon, which brought smiles to our faces. The eel was tender on the inside and perfectly grilled on the outside, and I didn't mind the small bones at all. We also enjoyed tempura, chawanmushi, and warabi mochi, and the whole family was delighted.
