Iida Shoten's new store opened at LaLaport Numazu on October 4.
It is said that you can enjoy different ramen from the main store in Yugawara, but it is like my first visit to the main store in 2013.
I arrived about an hour before the store opened at 10:00 a.m., but there was a huge line because it was a Sunday. I was a little behind the 60-minute wait for checkout (the actual wait was about 45 minutes).
Shoyu Shoyu Chashu Noodle (1,200 yen)
When I took a sip of the soup, I felt like I was eating "ramen", not "ramen" or "ramen", but "ramen". The combination of hiragana and kanji (Chinese characters) is so Japanese that it feels right at home. The soup with soy sauce and dashi broth is an exquisite dish that can only be had here.
The slightly pink char siu pork is cooked to the point that its color changes when dipped in the soup. The balance of fat and lean meat is just right, and since there is no smell, you can fully feel the deliciousness of pork and it is an excellent supporting role that enhances the soup.
Yakitori (450 yen)
It is delicious, but I honestly did not think I would want to pay this price for it next time I visit.
It was an orthodox yaki-sai, and I ate the first one normally and the second one in the ramen soup.
● Chashu pork cut-offs (500 yen)
It is vacuum-packed and handed to you frozen.
This is a seriously recommended item, and of course it tastes great in ramen after you get home, and the salt content is just right, so it was the perfect snack for drinks.
