I had wanted to visit after seeing a feature on Katagiri-san before. I had also eaten wild boar hot pot at a famous old establishment in Higashiuchi, but this restaurant had no unpleasant odor, and yet I could feel the unique deliciousness of game meat, which made me very satisfied. I was also impressed by the thoughtful gesture of receiving a phone call despite having made a reservation request during their regular closing hours due to a mistake on the reservation site, and they opened specially for me. This is a place I would like to visit again if I have the time.
