The most popular yakitori at Yachiya, carefully wrapped in skin and slowly grilled. The recommended preparation is with salt. When it comes to yakitori, it's Negima. Our restaurant uses chicken thigh and Achilles tendon. Both salt and sauce are delicious, but my recommendation is grilled with sauce.
It is cooked at a low temperature, so it can be enjoyed moist without being dry. The seasoning options are salt, plum shiso, and wasabi.
