Takanabe Town, Miyazaki Prefecture. A drop crafted with carefully selected barley from Kyushu and barley from our own farm. It is especially recommended with water for a refreshing taste.
Usa City, Oita Prefecture. A shochu from Usa, a specialty area for naked barley in Kyushu. A strong drink that pairs well with richly flavored dishes.
The initial aroma is light and sharp, with a base scent of roasted barley, and it has a rich and rounded depth and flavor that rivals that of sweet potatoes, bringing out a soft and lingering taste that is exquisite.
This shochu is finished with a fragrant aroma and rich flavor, allowing you to fully enjoy its umami. It has a soft and smooth mouthfeel, making it a drink that you can't help but say 'one more glass' and keep drinking.

Takanabe Town, Miyazaki Prefecture. A shochu that can be considered the origin of Kuroki Honten, with a gentle sweetness and a refreshing aftertaste. It maintains its character whether served on the rocks or diluted with hot water.
Ichiki-Kushikino City, Kagoshima Prefecture. A drop infused with the spirit of the young toji at Shiraishi Sake Brewery. The slight cloudiness is the flower of shochu. A sign of rich flavor. This is the definitive version of Ichiki shochu.
Kirishima City, Kagoshima Prefecture. A shochu made entirely from sweet potatoes, brewed with koji made from sweet potatoes. It has a flavor reminiscent of eating steamed sweet potatoes directly, resulting in a sharp and exquisite product.
Mori no Kura, Hakata's Ginkgo Shochu. Ginkgo is made from the lees of ginjo sake. A surprising shochu that changes the image of shochu.
A faintly sweet aroma derived from brown sugar. The mouthfeel is gentle, and a transparent, light, and beautiful flavor spreads. It is very easy to drink, with a refreshing and smooth taste, while still having a rich flavor that firmly conveys the sweetness characteristic of brown sugar shochu.
