There are always two types of parfaits available. The coffee parfait is topped with cornflakes, vanilla ice cream, coffee jelly, whipped cream, cherries, and chocolate sauce. The matcha parfait is topped with cornflakes, matcha ice cream, matcha jelly, boiled azuki beans, whipped cream, and matcha syrup. Both are apparently popular, with salarymen enjoying them alone and finishing them in one go.
