Accompanied by Niigata Prefecture's rice cooked in a traditional earthen pot and unlimited cabbage refills, diners can savor a moment that delights all five senses, complemented by attentive service.

In a calm space where you can feel the scenery of Shirakawa, I was able to enjoy a leisurely meal. The tonkatsu had a light and crispy coating, and the meat was moist, tender, and full of flavor. There were many variations of taste, including salt, dashi soy sauce, sauce, and wasabi, and the staff's guidance was polite. The live experience of having scallops with rare katsu topped with ikura right in front of me was enjoyable, and they even took care to prepare for videos. The rice cooked in a feather pot had a wonderful aroma, and it was excellent to eat it topped with a hot spring egg. There were also people from overseas, creating a lively atmosphere, making it a pleasant place to spend time.
