Yakiniku Yamachan

In addition to yakiniku made with high-quality Japanese beef, the restaurant offers a variety of Japanese-based dishes. You can enjoy Japanese cuisine that boasts a special broth and simple dishes that take full advantage of the flavor of the meat. The main ingredients are the finest Wagyu beef and carefully processed fresh hormone. The course menu consists of melt-in-your-mouth "Ichibu Yukke" and "Uni Dock" and other items that are left to you, all of which are exquisite.

The exterior of the renovated machiya (townhouse) gives the restaurant a Kyoto-style atmosphere. Passing through the curtain with a cow motif, you will find yourself in a Japanese-style space where time passes slowly and leisurely. Each table is equipped with ventilation ducts, a courtyard, and a smoking area. The restaurant can be used for a variety of occasions, such as date nights, celebrations, banquets, and women's parties.

Yakiniku Yamachan opened in April 2021 as a sister restaurant of the famous Tominokoji Yamagishi in Kyoto. Yakiniku Yamachan will offer specialties using the techniques developed at Tominokoji Yamagishi, and will make the most of its knowledge of Japanese cuisine and meat.

Born in Kyoto in 1999. Influenced by his uncle who runs a Japanese restaurant, he was exposed to a lot of food from his childhood. He was first introduced to the fascination of meat at a Japanese restaurant, and later deepened his knowledge of meat through self-study. He has gained experience by visiting suppliers and is now able to purchase ingredients from specialists in the field of internal organs. Currently, he is involved in Japanese cuisine at our affiliate restaurant, Tominokoji Yamakishi, while providing the latest information at our restaurant.
