在可以感受到白川风景的宁静空间中，享受了一顿悠闲的餐食。炸猪排的外衣轻盈酥脆，肉质湿润柔软，鲜美的味道在口中扩散。盐、出汁酱油、酱汁和芥末等多种口味变化丰富，工作人员的服务也很细致。现场为我们在眼前的扇贝上淋上鱼子酱的表演非常有趣，甚至还考虑到视频的准备。用羽釜煮的米饭香气扑鼻，搭配温泉蛋食用更是绝佳。还有来自海外的客人，气氛活泼，让人感到愉快。
