The image is special. A rich soup extracted by continuously boiling pork bones and chicken carcasses for 7 hours. The noodles are homemade in the shop. A chewy flat noodle made from a blend of Hokkaido wheat 'Haruyokoi' and 'Mochihime'. The 'Special' version not only has more pork chashu and seaweed, but also includes seasoned egg, Taiwanese minced meat, and thick pork belly chashu, making it a great deal!
The most basic item of our Jiro-style inspired menu. Enjoy the chaotic harmony of mixing garlic, lard, and tonkotsu soy sauce soup. If you enjoy this plain version, be sure to try our other unique Jiro-style variations!
A dipping soup made by crushing oysters from Hiroshima Prefecture and combining them with pork bone soup! The ratio of oysters to pork bones is 3:1. The noodles are soaked in bonito broth! The chewy flat noodles are irresistible!
