This is a sake that is particular about "undiluted sake without water adjustment", "water", "air", and "environment". The brewery is located at the foot of Mount Annupuri in Niseko.
This sake is named after the master brewer Taizo Yokoyama, who trained at the famous brewery 'Toyo Bijin' and others such as 'Sumikawa Shuzoten' in Yamaguchi Prefecture. Due to the aging of the master brewers and other reasons, sake production was paused from 1990 to 2017. This sake, which has made a comeback after about 30 years, has a fresh and lively mouthfeel, with a refreshing and fruity aroma reminiscent of biting into a muscat grape, and a juicy, elegant sweetness that spreads across the palate. Enjoy it in a wine glass.

Commonly known as 'Zanshiro', this awamori is loved in the local Okinawa region. It is finished with a fruity taste due to pressure-reduced distillation, making it popular among women. It is recommended to enjoy it mixed with soda for a refreshing experience.
This is a recommended drink for beginners of awamori. 'Ender' means a gentle person, gentle feelings, and gentle love. It features a floral ginjo aroma due to the natural ginjo yeast, and has a soft mouthfeel with a gentle taste that has a hint of sweetness.
'Barrel' refers to an oak barrel, and the Ryukyu Awamori 'Yaezan' has been stored and aged in oak barrels. You can enjoy the unique oak aroma and flavor that only the original sake can provide.
