A place to enjoy inexpensive skewers and sake I stopped by softly after work. It is a bit of a walk if you take the JR line, but easy to get to from the Hibiya line. When we first entered the restaurant, there were no customers ahead of us, but the place was quickly filled with customers with reservations. Since we were using the restaurant for a zero-turnout party, we were seated at the counter and ordered a la carte. In addition to the chochin, which the yakitori girls around us raved about, we were happy to know that we could order the seseri, seseeri, and other skewers by the piece for about 200 yen each. The best thing about this place is the sake. It is amazing that premium sake such as Jyushiyo, Jikin, and Tasake are available for the same price as other common sake! On this day, I ordered a bottle of Jyushiyo and was lucky enough to get a mouthful. The waiter's attitude was great, and I am sure I will return!
