Uoshin Ebisu/Ebisu
Sashimori (sashimi) is all top draft class deliciousness. The fried fish is crispy and satisfying. The salted grilled rabbit has a salty skin that goes well with sake. The inside of the fish was also delicious, but I put a little rock salt on it and took a bite. Yum! I couldn't resist ordering some salted fish with sweet cream cheese. I took a squirrel-sized portion with my chopsticks and sipped the sake a little at a time. After enjoying the shiokara and getting tired of the spicy taste, I used the cream cheese to loosen up my palate. It was also delicious.... It was one of my favorite izakaya I've been to recently.

Personally, I really enjoyed the macaroni salad appetizer and the steamed garlic chives!

Dishes like vegetables finished with fragrant wood, ajillo, and heart carpaccio all paired excellently with the wine. The surprising combination of sweet shrimp and miso gorgonzola is particularly addictive in its deliciousness. The staff is friendly, making it comfortable until the end, and I was able to enjoy a fun night with friends.
